🚀Enhancements

Higher limits on Imported Document File Size

  • Navix previously had a 5mb limit on manually imported documents (imported via the UI)- we’ve increased this limit to 27 mb

Revenova - Vendor and Customer contact info Ingestion

  • The following Vendor and Customer contact information is now being ingested via the integration.  This will allow suggested contacts to populate on Disputes in Navix.
    • Contact Name
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Department

🐞Optimizations

Unknown Accessorials Failing to Map

  • When attempting to save the mapping of Unknown Accessorials coming from emails with the prefix “Unknown Accessorial”, they weren't saving.
  • When a new invoice was created with the same Unknown Accessorial, we couldn’t identify the correct mapping that was already completed and saved because the prefix was being removed when saved.
  • The above issue has been solved
    • Fix was released to prevent removing the prefix on our side when we ingest invoices, so that the saved mapping for the Unknown Accessorial can be automatically applied to any future scenarios with the same exact Unknown Accessorial

Revenova Updates

Modifying and deleting the same Accessorial

  • The Revenova integration was modifying and deleting the same Accessorial charge at times, which was not the desired behavior
  • A change has been implemented to group the accessorial charges to avoid having duplicated charge values

Empty Customer Quote Updates

  • In scenarios where the entire Customer Charge Grid had a value of $0, we were sending an empty request to Revenova and it was resulting in an error since Revenova was not expecting and empty request
  • Moving forward, we will not be sending an empty request if this scenario happens

Ingestion Documents Endpoint does not attach document to Order

  • An error was identified in the Ingestion Documents Endpoint where documents that were not included in an invoice packet (Unmatched Documents) were not being attached to the Order
  • A fix has been put in place to now have these documents attaching to the Order as expected
