🔐️ Setup
Setup for the TextLocate integration is quick and easy. You will be automating document audits in minutes! Simply generate credentials within TextLocate an provide the credentials to Navix within a support ticket.
- Navigate to ‘Settings’ within TextLocate
- Click ‘View & Generate API Keys’
- Click ‘New Key Pair’
- Copy the public/private key pair
- Open a Navix Support Ticket
- Ticket Type: Account Setup Support
- Either paste a password manager via one-time sharing link OR paste the credentials directly in the ticket
🔐🛠️ Considerations
- If you currently direct TextLocate images directly to loads or shipments within the TMS we suggest you remove this when you direct them to Navix. If you direct them to the TMS and Navix you will end up with duplicate documents and could potentially attach both copies to customer invoices.
- Similarly, if your carrier teams typically grab these images from TextLocate chats and attach them to loads or shipments within the TMS, please save them the work and instruct them to no longer do this as you will end up with duplicate documents and could potentially attach both copies to customer invoices.
