Using Saved Filter Groups in Navix

Saved Filter Groups allow you to save and quickly reapply frequently used filter combinations in Navix queues. This helps reduce repetitive setup work and makes it easier to focus on the records you’re responsible for.

Saved Filter Groups are specific to you and your tenant and persist across sessions, so you don’t need to rebuild the same filters every time you log in.

What is a Saved Filter Group?

A Saved Filter Group is a named set of filters that you create and save for a specific queue in Navix.

Each Filter Group can include multiple filters, such as:

  • Customer

  • Vendor

  • Division

  • Status or other queue-specific filters

🗣️ Once saved, a Filter Group can be applied with a single click from the left navigation panel.

Where Saved Filter Groups Are Available

Saved Filter Groups can be created and used in queues that support filtering, including:

  • Invoice Audit

  • Unmatched

  • Duplicates

  • Customer Billing

  • Disputes

🗣️ Note: Saved Filter Groups are created per queue. Filters saved in one queue do not apply to other queues.

Creating a Saved Filter Group

To create a Saved Filter Group:

  1. Navigate to a supported queue (for example, the Audit queue).

  2. Open the Filters menu.

  3. Apply all filters you want included in the Filter Group and Apply

  4. Select Save Filter Group.

  1. Enter a name for the Filter Group.

  2. (Optional) Add a description to clarify how the filter is used.

  3. Save the Filter Group

Once saved, the Filter Group will appear in the left navigation panel under the current queue.

Applying a Saved Filter Group

To apply a Saved Filter Group, simply click to expand the queue you want to filter and select your saved filter group!

The saved filters will immediately be applied to the grid.

🗣️Only one Saved Filter Group can be active at a time per queue.

Editing a Saved Filter Group

You can update the name or description of a Saved Filter Group at any time.

To edit a Filter Group:

  1. Locate the Filter Group in the left navigation panel.

  2. Select the three-dot menu next to the Filter Group name.

  3. Choose Edit Filter Group.

  4. Update the name and/or description.

  5. Save your changes.

🗣️ NOTE: To change the actual filter criteria , update the filters using the main Filters panel in the queue view. To Edit the filters of an existing Filter Group, you will need to Save it as a NEW Group, and Delete the old Filter Group.

💻 (1/26/2026) The ability to edit a Group's filters directly will be available in an upcoming release.

Cloning a Saved Filter Group

If you want to create a similar Filter Group without starting from scratch, you can clone an existing one.

To clone a Saved Filter Group:

  • Open an existing Filter Group

  • Modify one or more filters

  • Save it as a new Filter Group

This is helpful when managing similar workflows (for example, different customers or divisions).

Deleting a Saved Filter Group

To delete a Saved Filter Group:

  1. Select the three-dot menu next to the Filter Group.

  2. Choose Delete Filter Group.

  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This two-step confirmation helps prevent accidental deletion.

Reordering Saved Filter Groups

You can control the order your Saved Filter Groups appear in the left navigation panel.

To reorder Filter Groups:

  1. Open the three-dot menu next to a Filter Group.

  2. Select Move Up or Move Down.

This allows you to keep your most frequently used Filter Groups at the top.
