🚀Enhancements
Invoice Transformation Rules – Invoice Number Now Editable
- You can now change the compositeInvoice.invoiceNumber field when creating an Invoice Transformation Rule. Before this release, the field couldn’t be edited in rules.
General Reference Number Search
- Until now, grids in Navix only supported searching by Invoice Number, Shipment Number, and Order Number. Other reference numbers captured between the Order and the Invoice couldn’t be searched.
- You can now search by these reference number types:
- General Reference Number
- BOL Number
- PO Number
- SO Number
- GL Code
- The new search options are available in these queues: Duplicates, Unmatched Invoices, Unmatched Orders, Audit, Ready to Approve, All, Terminated, and Approved (Analysis queue).
Document Type Filter Added to Documents Page
- You can now filter the Documents page by Document Type, which makes it easier to find a specific document in the queue.

IDP – New Carrier and Factor Invoice Analyzers Promoted
- These new analyzers have been promoted:
- CarrierInvoiceAnalyzer_GPT5.4_10_8_26
- FactorInvoiceAnalyzer_GPT5.4_10_8_26
- They include an updated RemitToName schema, which improves extraction of Remit To values.
- All other schemas in these analyzers are unchanged.
New Fields Added to “Edit Vendor” Modal
- You can now search by MC Number, DOT Number, or SCAC. Before this release, the modal only searched by Vendor Name or ID.
- These columns have been added to the typeahead drop-down list:
- MC Number
- DOT Number
- SCAC
- Location (Primary Location: City, State, Zip)

Summation Node Added for Order Rules
- You can now use the Summation Node when you create Order Rules in Flex. It’s useful for rules with multiple branches, where each branch can trigger its own exception message.
New Margin Calculator
- The Margin Calculator has been enhanced to support more of the ways margins are priced:
- Flat ($) Margin: You can enter margin as a percentage or a flat dollar amount. The flat amount is prefilled with the original margin dollars from the order.
- Application Options: You can apply margin proportionally across charges, all on the Base Rate, or as a new customer charge line.
- Accessorial Pass-Through: You can bill accessorials to the customer at exact vendor cost, one at a time or all at once. This includes accessorials billed only by the carrier.
- Improved Margin Detection: Base Rate, Discount, and Fuel are now evaluated together, so all-in customer quotes show an accurate original margin.
- Redesigned View: Order and adjusted margins are shown side by side. A summary shows whether the new margin is above, below, or matches the original.

🔗 Integrations
Revenova – Orders Without a Ship Date Are Now Skipped Instead of Rejected
- Revenova loads without a ship date are supposed to be skipped and then picked up on a later sync, once the ship date is filled in. Instead, these orders were sent to Navix without a valid ship date and were rejected.
- This has been fixed. A load is now skipped when it has neither an Expected Ship Date nor a departure date on its first pickup stop. It will be picked up automatically once a ship date is added in Revenova.
Revenova – Orders With an Incomplete Stop Now Import Successfully
- Before this fix, if any stop on a Revenova load had no location (no facility name and no address), the whole order failed to import into Navix. Invoices for those loads then arrived with no matching order to audit against.
- This has been fixed. Orders with an incomplete stop now import with the rest of their data, and the stop keeps its place in the route with a blank address.
- If the stop’s location is added in Revenova later, the next update fills in the address in Navix.
Revenova – Orders With Blank Accessorial Amounts Now Import Successfully
- Revenova lets users add an accessorial line to a carrier or customer quote without entering an amount. Before this fix, a line like that caused the whole load to fail to import into Navix, so carrier invoices for the load couldn’t be matched to an order.
- This has been fixed. An accessorial with no amount now imports as a $0.00 charge, and the rest of the load imports normally.
- The accessorial line stays on the order, so auditors can see it and match it against the carrier invoice.
🐞Optimizations
Invoice Approval Now Closes Open Disputes
- In the New UI, approving an invoice wasn’t closing its open disputes. Because of this, approved invoices with open disputes still appeared in these queues:
- Disputes → All
- Disputes → My Disputes
- This has been fixed. Approving an invoice now closes its open disputes.
Service Type Filter Fixed in Customer Billing
- The Service Type filter in the Customer Billing queue wasn’t working correctly. When users filtered for both TL and LTL Orders, the results showed the same list of LTL orders whether or not TL was selected.
- This has been fixed. The filter now returns the correct orders for each Service Type selected.
Navigation After Invoice Approval Fixed in the New UI
- In the New UI, users who approved an invoice and moved on to the next load were sometimes sent to the Approved bucket instead. They then had to leave, switch back to their work queue (such as Audit or Disputes), and start again.
- This has been fixed. After you approve an invoice, you now stay in your current work queue and continue to the next load.
User Assignment Icon Fixed in Ready to Approve Queue
- In the Ready to Approve queue, some invoices that a user owned showed a green icon, which means unassigned. They should have shown a red icon, which means owned.
- This has been fixed. The icon now shows each invoice’s assignment status correctly.
Flex Rules – Vendor Metadata Now Displays Correctly
- Vendor metadata wasn’t showing as expected in Flex. An incorrect backend mapping was preventing the data from being sent.
- This has been fixed. The mapping has been updated, and vendor metadata now displays in Flex.
