Service Type Filtering

A new Service Type filter has been added to the following queues for users to view records with a specific Service Type:

  • Duplicates
  • Unmatched Orders
  • Unmatched Invoices
  • Customer Billing
  • Analysis (Approved, Terminated)

Lumper Charge Token/Variable Added

A new token for the total Lumper Charge amount on the Invoice has been added to the list of variables that can be utilized within a dispute communication template.

Disputes Updates

Audit History

The following dispute-related events are now exposed in Audit History for Invoice records where disputes exist:

  • Dispute Created
  • Dispute Resolved
  • Dispute Cancelled (Auto-Disputes)
  • Email Address Value Updated (Auto-Disputes)
  • Dispute Email Communication Sent (Auto-Disputes)

New Communication Template Type

A new "Follow Up" communication template type is now available for disputes, intended for organizational purposes with templates created specifically for auto-follow up use. The existing "Initial" and "Resolution" communication template types remain unchanged.

 

🐛 Optimizations

Filters Not Applied on Saved Filter Group

  • After creating a filter group, the filters included in the filter group were not applying correctly when a user was switching back and forth between different tabs/queues in the UI. This issue is now resolved.

 

Notification Bubble Typo

  • When a user was editing Invoice documents and clicked "Save", the green success notification was displaying a message with a typo. This notification message has been updated to display correctly moving forward.

 

Inability to Scroll when Splitting/Merging Numerous Documents

  • When a user is trying to merge numerous documents together at once, they were unable to scroll in the UI after selecting the documents and clicking to Merge. As a workaround, users had to merge documents in multiple steps — merging a few at a time rather than all at once. Users can now easily scroll as needed when trying to split or merge numerous documents at once.

 

Reference Numbers Displayed in UI

  • When a high count of unique reference numbers were included on an Invoice, all reference numbers were not displaying due to a lack of space on the screen. This issue has since been resolved.

 

Shipment Number Length
  • Navix API documentation states that up to 256 characters are allowed for a Shipment Number, however in testing, an Invoice could not be successfully created with a Shipment Number that was only 36 characters. The issue was identified and resolved.

 

Weight and Inspection Cert Document Type and Document Node

  • The internal enum values for the Weight and Inspection Certificate document type were mismatched between the backend and the rule management engine. As a result, this was causing some business rules to not execute as expected. This has since been corrected.

 

📊 Reports

Reclassified Documents Dashboard

  • A new tab has been added to the Dashboard Report that gives users visibility into document reclassification activity, including how many documents are being manually reclassified, which document types most commonly require reclassification, and what the most common reclassification flows are — from original document type to final document type.
