Remit to Exception Improvements

Fuzzy Match Threshold Reduced

• Fuzzy Match threshold for Remit To Name has been reduced from 85 → 80 to ultimately lead to more Remit To matches than what we see now.  This should result in an overall decrease in Remit To exceptions.

Remit To Business Rule Updated (Rule 276)

• We’ve already had some of the following keywords included in the logic for the Remit To Name matching rule up to this point.  If both the Order Remit To Name AND Invoice Remit To Name contain one of these keywords, even if the names aren’t an exact match, the rule won’t trigger because there are many different naming conventions for the same factoring companies.
  • The following additional keywords have been added to our logic with the other ~13 keywords that already existed:
    • WEX
    • Truckstop
    • Thunder
    • RTS
    • Love
    • First
    • Riviera
    • Capital D
    • CSX
    • Walgreen
    • US XPRESS
    • Landstar
    • Pro Funding
      • With the addition of these keywords to our logic for Rule 276, we should see a ~20% reduction in the number of times that this rule triggers for our tenants

Customer Start Dates - Time Component Removed

• A time component was previously included in Customer start dates when a new customer was created. This causes problems because it was often not set to midnight. As a result, when an invoice was received, the ship date on the invoice is usually set to midnight, which caused an unwanted auto-termination
• This logic has been updated to ensure the time is always set to midnight on customer start dates and tenant default customer start dates

Automation Dashboard Updates

• New drop-down menu added to the Vendor Summary Table with the following options:
  • Count of Invoices
  • Count of Touchless Invoices
  • % of Touchless Invoices

*Vendor Summary Table has been expanded on the dashboard making the data a bit easier to view as well

All Invoices Report - Time Stamps added to multiple Date Fields

• Time Stamps have been added to the following Date Fields in the report (all in UTC to keep the report uniform)
  • Dispute Date
  • Terminate Date
  • Approve Date
