🚀Enhancements

Duplicate Document Matches

  • Up to this point, there were scenarios where duplicate documents were synced up to an Invoice after the Invoice matched to an Order
    • For example, an Invoice containing a BOL and Rate Confirmation was received and matched to an Order. A duplicate Invoice was then received with the same documents and synced up to have two of the same BOL and Rate Confirmation documents attached
  • Logic has been updated to address this duplicate document issue moving forward
    • Documents are only synced on the initial Invoice that is received and matched to the Order
    • If a duplicate Invoice is received, the documents associated with that duplicate invoice are disregarded and not synced up to avoid having multiple duplicate documents in the Invoice record

Pre Bill Orders - Drop Off When an Invoice is Approved

  • The expected behavior is that an Order will drop off of the Pre Bill grid once the Invoice matched to the Order has been approved. This wasn’t working as expected in recent testing
  • The issue is now fixed and Orders are being removed from the Pre Bill grid when the associated Invoice is approved

MercuryGate Integration - Map Quote Number

  • An update was made to the MG integration to map the Quote Number and place it under the References header in the Order Metadata

🐞Optimizations

Has Invoice Not Set Correctly

  • The “HasInvoice” filter was not functioning as expected previously as work has continued to complete the final changes/fixes to ensure Pre Bill is a smooth workflow for users:
    • Even when filtering to “No”, Orders were still populating in the list that contained invoices and vice versa when the filter was set to “Yes”
    • Additionally, the “HasInvoice” filter was not persisting. In other words, once a user applied the filter, when you returned to the Filter options, it didn’t show that a value was selected for the filter
  • The “HasInvoice” column indicates if there is an invoice available to audit and is now displaying the values as expected
  • The filter is also persisting now and holding the selected value when the filter is applied even when a user navigates back to the Filter menu

PreBill Filters Not Working

  • The Customer and Vendor filters in the Customer Billing queue were not working properly (i.e. a filter for a specific Customer was set, however the grid wasn’t only displaying results for that Customer)
  • This has been corrected and is now filtering to only show the necessary Customers and Vendors

Document Inbox - Relationship Modal Doesn't Open

  • The Document Relations modal was not loading/displaying consistently across all tenants
  • A fix has been implemented and the Document Relations modal is now loading as expected when a user clicks the Matches icon for a specific Document in the queue

Service Bus Document Failures

  • Service Bus messages were backing up the Documents Services Module
    • The root cause of this issue was that some null relations made their way into the data
  • A solution has been implemented to identify null relations, remove them and save the corrected data

📊Reports

Dispute Summary Report

  • This reporting addition provides an opportunity for our tenants to easily view all open disputes with the same vendor at once
    • Since our UI currently only supports communication on one dispute at a time, the Disputes Summary Report is a way to identify if a specific vendor or customer is holding up the approval of numerous invoices due to a dispute that hasn’t been resolved yet

Time Stamps added to Approval Date field on Extract Reports

  • Previously, the Approval Date field in our Extract reports only displayed the Date in which the Invoice was approved
  • Time stamps have now been added for additional granularity on the date/time the Invoice was approved
    • Time stamps are in UTC
