Where to find reports, common KPIs and which reports are most frequently used

Where can I access Navix reporting?

  • Reporting is provided within the Navix application using Microsoft’s Power BI. Reporting can be accessed by selecting “Reports” under the “Analysis” section in the left side panel.

  • Reports include data in the following areas:
    • Carrier data
    • Customer data
    • Tenant data


How frequently are reports refreshed?

  • All reporting within the Navix app is refreshed each hour, on the hour.


Is there a difference in time zones for when reporting is refreshed?

  • Regardless of time zone, reports are refreshed each hour, on the hour.


Is data extractable from the report?

  • Yes. To do this, hover over the upper right corner of a report, then click on the 3 dots “…” that appear and select “Export Data.”

Can reports be filtered by vendor (carrier)?

  • Yes, filters can be applied with filter drop downs above reports and through the pop-out side panel on the right side.

Are any of the reports customizable?

  • Yes, reports can be filtered a multitude of ways, along with date range filtering.
  • Entirely new reports and data can be requested by submitting a Support Ticket.


What metrics do most Navix tenants keep track of?

  • Most Navix tenants follow the below KPIs:
    1. DTA (Days to Approve)
    2. Number of Approvals
    3. Number of Invoices Created
    4. Number of open invoices in-process


Which reports are important and why?

  • All Tenant Dashboard > Efficiency tab

    • This tab is used to find metrics relevant to Users, daily counts and DTAs

  • All Tenant Dashboard > Exceptions tab

    • This tab is best for identifying trends and driving efficiencies in various areas

  • All Tenant Dashboard > Invoices Not Processed

    • This tab shows all invoices that are currently open, including those in Dispute. Scroll all the way to the right to see the dispute reasons for those in Dispute.

  • All Tenant Dashboard - Open Queue

    • This report shows where each queue currently stands in that moment in time. It is best used to prioritize the workday and see progress.

  • Business Rules

    • This report offers easy visibility of what Business Rules are turned on. Scroll to the far right to see columns that show Active and Blocking statuses

  • All Invoices

    • This report has nearly any and all data a tenant could want. This can be exported to use the data for building personal reports.
