How to access available reporting in the Navix application
STEP 1: Tenant Dashboard
|How to access the Tenant Reports Dashboard. The dashboard provides reporting and breakdowns in areas like Processing Efficiency, Duplicates, Disputes, Exceptions, and more. Your Navix Account Manager will work with you to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency.
- Navigate to the “Reports” dashboard in the left hand menu
- In the list of reports, click on the report named “Dashboard”
- The Dashboard report will open on the “General Dashboard” tab giving you a high-level view of invoices with exceptions, number of duplicates, invoices adjusted, invoices disputed, number of unmatched invoices, average days to process, and a variance/savings.
- At the bottom of the screen, there are multiple tabs that will lead you to more granular data sets.
STEP 2: Open Queue
|The Open Queue report, a report to understand how many invoices are within the Pre-Audit and Audit queues.
- Navigate to the “Reports” tab in the left-hand menu
- Locate the report names “Open Queue” and click on the link
- This report is a great resource to quickly understand how many invoices are in each queue (Pre-Audit and Audit) along with the average age of the invoices in those queues.
STEP 3: All Invoices Report
|How to export the All Invoices Report
- Navigate to the “Reports” tab in the left-hand menu
- Locate the report named “All Invoices” and click on the link
- Use the filters at the top of the page to set the parameters for the report

Date Filtered on
- This filter will set what date, the date range filter will pull in data for
- For Example: If I want to see all invoices with an invoice date between 4/1 and 4/16, I would set the “Date filtered on” filter to “Invoice Date” and the “Date” filter to 4/1/2024 and 4/16/2024Use the filters at the top of the page to set the parameters for the report
- Date
- This filter is used to set the date range that you would like to look at.
- Invoice Status
- This filter will pull in any data for any and all status’ that are checked within the filter

- Once you have set the parameters for the report by using the filters, hover over the upper right hand corner of the report and click the three dots (”More Options”) and select “Export Data.”
- A popup window will appear asking you which data do you want to export? Select “Data with current layout” and click “Export.”

- The data will be downloaded and opened as an Excel spreadsheet to sort in any way necessary.
