Need to reset a password, add a new teammate, or deactivate a user? This article covers how to manage access to Navix safely and efficiently.
🔁 Resetting Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password:
- Go to https://app.navix.io
- Enter your email and click Next
- Click “Forgot Password?”
➕ Adding New Users
All new users must be added by a Navix team member.
To request access for a new user:
- Submit a Support Ticket
- Include:
- Full name
- Email address
- User role or permissions needed
Once created, the user will follow the first-time login steps.
➖ Deactivating Users
To remove access for users who have left your company or no longer need Navix:
- Submit a Support Ticket
- Include:
- Full name
- email of user(s) to deactivate
